1. Order Processing Time
All orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email. We'll email you again when your order ships.
During busy periods, holidays or new launches, processing can take a little longer. Thank you for your patience while we pack your art with care.
2. Packaging
- Each kit travels in a bubble-padded kraft envelope. Orders with two or more kits ship together in a flat mailer box.
- Every order includes a little thank-you card from us.
- We don't currently offer gift wrapping or gift messages. Our packaging is simple enough to hand over as a gift.

If your country isn't listed, we're sorry, we can't ship there yet.
4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- India: Standard delivery in 3–5 business days. ₹99 for orders below ₹999; free delivery for orders of ₹999 and above.
- International (US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, EU, SG, AE, HK, JP, KR, MY, TH): Delivery in 10–15 business days. ₹1,799 for orders below ₹5,999; free delivery for orders of ₹5,999 and above. Delivery times vary with the destination and local customs processing.
5. International Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside India may be charged import duties, taxes (including VAT) and customs fees when they reach your country. These charges are set by your country's authorities and are payable by you as the importer. We can't predict them, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.
6. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking link becomes active within 24 hours.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email [email protected] straight away. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can't redirect it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- Damaged on arrival: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right. See our Returns policy.
- Lost in transit: If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery window, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to trace it and put it right.
- Marked as delivered but not received: Please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then write to us and we'll raise it with the carrier.
