1. General Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or break any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).
We may refuse service where we have a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud or misuse.
2. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on this website, including original artwork, text, graphics, logos, images and product designs, is the property of Artful Miniature and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All artwork is created by Dr. Dharni Parekh, founder and artist.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the website, our products or our original artwork without our written permission. You're welcome to share photos of your own finished pages, with credit to @artfulminiature.shop.
3. Products
We work hard to show product colours and details accurately, but your screen may not display every colour exactly. Styling props shown in photos (such as pencils, mugs and flowers) are not included unless listed under "What's inside".
We may change product descriptions, discontinue products or update our range at any time. Changes don't affect orders already placed.
4. Prices and Billing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for your convenience; you are charged in INR. Prices may change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities per order, for example where a product was listed at an obvious pricing error or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we'll tell you using the email address you gave at checkout and refund any payment in full.
5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Your purchase is subject to our Shipping Policy and our Returns Policy. Customers whose orders are delivered to the EU or UK have a 14-day right to cancel, as described in the Returns Policy.
6. User Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details private and limit access to your device. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Tools and Links
We use third-party services, such as Shopify and our payment gateways, to run our store. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Artful Miniature is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living outside India, nothing in these Terms removes the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its "Last Updated" date. Changes don't apply to orders placed before the update.
